How can u not hate a job when a normal working for the job is 9 1/2 hr. 9 1/2 * 5 days = 47.5 hr way off the not exceeding 44 hr a wk set by MOM. what more, this 47.5 hr does not include the 1 -3 hr of OT. (there comes a topic: "Is singapore govt. doing enough to make sure employers don't overwork their employee? or are they actually encouraging them?" how can u except fast and good service with all the guidelines management set? how can u smile when the fact tat ur job sux? i feel like giving up. but i am not so sure what to give up. i think i have the answer deep down in my heart. Everything to me is so damn stressful. Sometimes i really wonder, how far can i stretch. I really envious those who can just put things down and go.
